Rebrand and digital build for the Ontario Association of Optometrists

Change everything except the logo; that was the working brief at the start of this comprehensive 4 year project. Every touchpoint and metaphor was radically overhauled, campaigns, strategies and business case developments were undertaken in creating one of the best and deepest interactive brands among Canadian associations. Seven digital properties, countless publications, print pieces, interactive campaigns and more were rolled out. Major digital projects included not only self-service member renewals and payments, plus symposium program self-assemblers and a web-based drug-dex, but also a complete rethink of the day-to-day social and technical interactivity through which the Association communicated with members and other stakeholders.

Consultative spectrum included:

Project conceptualization, project management, vendor management, digital rights management, design and executive design, promotional content development, production management, technical liaison, senior advisory role with Canadian Association of Optometrists National Public Education campaign, digital projects consulting to BC Association of Optometrists. Velocity Studio provided the daily design and development horsepower throughout the duration of this initiative.
